About the role

πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ What we do πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
At Emidat, we are building the first climate-native product management system for building material manufacturers. We aim to decarbonise building materials, making up 11% of global GHG emissions. We collect data from physical production processes, generate a digital product passport with verified environmental data and make it usable along the value chain. In short: One solution to assess, design, buy, sell and manage products - with environmental impact at the core.
With this, we are building the digital infrastructure to make it faster, easier, and more sustainable to build the world around us.

What you will work on
Your mission
Drive initiatives that grow Emidat. In Growth we prioritise by one question: does this bring in new customers? As a Growth Engineer Intern you work across our four growth functions that sits closest to that answer; 1. Growth Engineering, 2. Growth Marketing, 3. Sales Development and 4. Partnerships
Topics you might work on: our automated campaign planning and lead development process, and the automations behind it. Our mapping of the total addressable market (TAM) and the GTM analysis sheet we use to decide which segments and countries to go after. Our industry get-togethers, for example expert exchanges and C-level breakfasts, from the invite list to the follow-up. LinkedIn posts and customer case studies, which means talking to manufacturers who use Emidat and turning what they tell you into material our sales team can send.
This internship is ideal for someone who has future aspirations to β€˜found’ a company. Building a revenue function is one of the most difficult parts of founding, and during your internship, you’ll get insights into how demand is created, how a pipeline is built, and how AI actually optimises a go-to-market team. You will work on initiatives with the leads of each growth function, including our Head of Growth. We expect you to work independently, form your own view on what to prioritise, and challenge us when you think we have it wrong.
Β
During your Internship, you will:
Joining our Growth team involves:
Own our Campaign Process: Run and sharpen the automated workflow that qualifies and enriches our target accounts, and take responsibility for the pipeline our SDR team works from.

Map our Market: Extend our TAM mapping into every new geography we enter, and keep our view of the relevant manufacturers, associations and registries current - so the commercial team always plans against a reliable picture of who is worth targeting.

Turn Data into Decisions: Build and maintain the reporting our team steers by, from campaign performance to pipeline health. Translate data into clear, actionable insights and own the data quality that makes those numbers trustworthy.

Organise our industry get-togethers: Organise formats like the BAU Dinner, our C-level AI Breakfasts and the Climate Native Summit end-to-end - guest list, invitations, on-site logistics and follow-up - turning each one into a reliable source of senior conversations.

Build Our Market Presence: Draft posts for our company page and keep our content calendar running: webinars and event announcements, product news, new joiners, and the pieces that build our positioning in the market.

Internal Tech Stack:
CRM: Hubspot
Automation: N8N, Clay
Outreach: Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
AI Tooling: Claude Co-work/Code
Content & design: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma
Messaging: Slack & Google Workspace
