Ihre AufgabenWerde Teil unseres Freight-Forwarding-Teams in Hamburg und unterstütze uns bei unseren täglichen Logistikaktivitäten. Du sorgst dafür, dass Sendungsdaten aktuell und korrekt sind, arbeitest mit verschiedenen Systemen und Excel und unterstützt das Team bei unterschiedlichen operativen und administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihre Tätigkeit Pflege und Aktualisierung von Sendungsdaten in unseren Systemen und Excel
Erfassung, Organisation und Verwaltung von logistikbezogenen Daten und Dokumenten
Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Speditionsaktivitäten
Prüfung von Daten auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
Unterstützung dabei, Prozesse und Unterlagen aktuell zu halten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf

Ihr ProfilGute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und Blick fürs Detail
Gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
Interesse an Logistik und Spedition
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Spedition ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
