The role:
You will work with a company focused on delivering strategic, high-impact CRM solutions through the HubSpot ecosystem, helping clients optimize the full customer lifecycle across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
Position:HubSpot CRM Strategist (Full-Time | Remote)

Seeking a highly client-facing HubSpot CRM Strategist with deep expertise in HubSpot implementations, configuration, and customer lifecycle strategy. In this role, you will lead large-scale HubSpot projects, act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, and deliver CRM solutions that drive measurable business impact.
You will serve as the face of the company to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience while achieving strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
Client Success
- Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client business goals and operational needs.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and position the company as an indispensable growth partner.
- Deliver high-quality CRM and customer lifecycle strategies across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand project scope and recommend complementary services aligned with client goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and HubSpot platform developments to ensure cutting-edge client strategies.
HubSpot Onboarding and Configuration
- Translate client and internal strategies into comprehensive HubSpot solutions supporting marketing, sales, customer success, and operational workflows.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, and HubSpot AI.
- Analyze current business processes, define future-state workflows, and recommend operational improvements.
- Develop HubSpot reporting frameworks to track and communicate progress toward client goals.
- Understand client tech stacks and support integrations with HubSpot through native or third-party solutions.
- Ensure HubSpot configurations are optimized to demonstrate clear ROI and business impact.
- Maintain clean and accurate data through data governance best practices.
- Train clients and internal teams on how to effectively use customized HubSpot environments.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for clients.
Leadership
- Guide and mentor CRM Specialists and support Marketing Strategists on complex initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM solutions with broader business objectives.
- Promote knowledge sharing and process optimization across the team.
Delivery Process
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Track and meet effective billing rate (EBR) goals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables across all client engagements
- Build and follow scalable processes that drive differentiated client outcomes and operational excellence.
HubSpot Training Certification
- Obtain HubSpot Trainer Certification and support client onboarding and platform adoption initiatives.
Sales and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for prospects.
- Support sales conversations by delivering strategic recommendations during client calls.
- Participate in company content creation, thought leadership initiatives, and organic social programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building solutions within the HubSpot platform
- Deep expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem and HubSpot software suite
- Strong understanding of technologies commonly integrated into HubSpot environments
- Highly client-facing with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain high client satisfaction while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating complex client challenges
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Passion for client success and delivering outstanding results
- Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience leading enterprise or large-scale CRM transformation projects.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle optimization and CRM reporting strategies
