Asistencia presencial Ãºnicamente cuando la empresa lo requiera para reuniones de coordinaciÃ³n o capacitaciÃ³n (la empresa cubre el pasaje).

Funciones

Publicar ofertas laborales.

Buscar candidatos para Agentes de Seguridad y Operarios de Limpieza.

Atender consultas por WhatsApp, Facebook y llamadas.

Realizar el filtro inicial de postulantes.

Programar entrevistas presenciales.

Mantener actualizada la base de datos de candidatos.

Requisitos

â Estudiante de los Ãºltimos ciclos de PsicologÃa, AdministraciÃ³n, Recursos Humanos, IngenierÃa Industrial, Ciencias de la ComunicaciÃ³n o carreras afines.

â Manejo de redes sociales.

â Buena comunicaciÃ³n y redacciÃ³n.

â Manejo bÃ¡sico de Google Drive y Google Sheets.

â Deseable manejo de ChatGPT o herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.

â Contar con computadora, acceso a internet y celular.

SUELDO

Entre S/ 800 y S/ 1,000 mensuales, de acuerdo con el cumplimiento de objetivos e indicadores de desempeÃ±o.
