Deine Aufgaben

Research & Analysen: Du führst eigenständig Research zu relevanten Business-Themen durch, bereitest Informationen strukturiert auf und erstellst Analysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Leadership-Team.

Projekte & operative Umsetzung: Du unterstützt bei strategischen und operativen Projekten, hilfst bei der Planung und Umsetzung und sorgst dafür, dass Themen effizient vorangetrieben werden.

KI & Automatisierung: Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten, Prozesse durch KI und Automatisierung effizienter zu gestalten, testest Tools und entwickelst einfache Workflows zur Optimierung interner Abläufe.

Schnittstelle im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Foundern und verschiedenen Teams zusammen, koordinierst Tasks und sorgst für klare Struktur in laufenden Initiativen.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
