Customer Project Manager

Job Description
As a Customer Project Manager for Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining trust‑based relationships with our customers in Denmark within region south ie Odense. You will ensure continuity and strong local engagement through proactive communication and a deep understanding of customer needs, including activities related to installation and upgrade of patient monitoring equipment.
Your on‑site presence, timely coordination, quick issue resolution, and consistent service delivery, especially in high‑touch hospital environments, will be central to your daily work.

Your role:
Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, including installation and upgrade phases of monitoring equipment.

Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.

Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.

Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Evaluates project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.

You're the right fit if:
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing demanding, customer‑facing projects, preferably within healthcare or hospital environments, demonstrating your ability to deliver complex installation projects successfully.

You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, providing a solid educational foundation for understanding technical, IT, and operational aspects of projects.

You possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English, written and spoken, enabling effective alignment with external customers and internal stakeholders.

You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, remaining structured, calm, and pragmatic when plans change due to delays, scope adjustments, or customer readiness.

You have strong interpersonal skills, are accountable for delivery, and can balance planning with real‑life project constraints while working independently across Denmark.

You are willing to travel nationwide as required and hold a valid B driving licence.

You will idealy be based in region south of Denmark eg. Odense to meet customer needs

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
