About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can partner closely with clients to plan, deliver, and improve marketing campaigns that drive real business results for our clients' incentive programs.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll act like an extension of their team, owning both the strategy and the day-to-day delivery of a variety of campaigns, promotions and incentive programs. This is a hands on, individual contributor role.
What you'll be doing
Develop integrated marketing strategies across channels (CRM, digital, PoP, etc.) for client incentive and loyalty programs
Translate strategies into client-facing proposals and campaign recommendations that support account and program objectives
Lead campaign execution end-to-end, from brief through delivery and reporting; developing clear insight-driven creative briefs and managing timelines to keep projects on track
Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives through marketing proposals and campaign recommendations
Translate marketing campaign performance into clear insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations for clients
Manage marketing project scope and ensure alignment with approved budgets, flagging and addressing scope changes
Ensure every campaign is accurate and compliant by working closely with operations, client teams, legal, and external partners as-necessary
Provide direction and oversight to Marketing Coordinators to support marketing campaign execution
Bring marketing expertise into cross-functional conversations, partnering with Program Managers and Account Managers
Share knowledge and mentor others, contributing to stronger marketing-led thinking across client and sales conversations
What you'll bring
3-5 years’ experience in marketing, either in an agency or corporate environment
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, content development, and insight generation
Strong experience working directly with clients and managing relationships in a marketing context
Confidence leading strategy and presenting ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Experience creating proposals, marketing plans, and managing budgets
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across client organizations and internal teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously
A results-focused mindset, with a good understanding of digital metrics and performance (e.g. CRM, engagement, analytics)
Strong attention to detail, particularly in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Experience with CRM/email platforms (e.g., DotDigital), analytics tools, and core productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Appreciation of creative and production processes, with basic knowledge of design tools
Experience working with data to improve marketing outcomes
