About the role

Im Auftrag eines erfolgreichen, produzierenden Unternehmens aus einer zukunftsorientierten Industrie suchen wir einen (Senior) Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Controlling-Teams an einem Produktionsstandort im Großraum Jena. In dieser zentralen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Steuerung und Analyse von Kosten, Produktionskennzahlen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und leisten damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Transparenz und Entscheidungsfindung im operativen Umfeld.

Aufgaben

Erfassung, Analyse und Überwachung von Material- und Fertigungskosten

Durchführung von Standard- und Abweichungsanalysen

Erstellung und Aufbereitung regelmäßiger Leistungs- und Produktionsberichte

Zusammenführung und Analyse relevanter Produktions- und Steuerungskennzahlen

Kalkulation von Produkt- und Prozesskosten sowie Pflege von Material- und Produktkosten

Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanz- oder Controlling-Umfeld

Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens von Vorteil (gern chemische Industrie oder Lebensmittel)

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP und Reporting-Tools (z.B. Power BI) von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutsch- (Fluent German) und gute Englischkenntnisse
