▪ Reaktive Beratung und Bearbeitung von Anliegen der zugeordneten Privatkunden, Pfändungskunden und unter Betreuung stehenden Kunden sowie deren Betreuer

▪ Anlassbezogene, bedarfsgerechte Beratung von standardisierten Produkten

▪ Impulsgeber:in für unsere Kund:innen sein und sie für aktuelle digitale Themen aus der Bankenbranche begeistern

▪ In Projekten die digital-persönliche Beratung mitgestalten und weiterentwickeln

Qualifikation

▪ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und ausgeprägte Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Bankenbranche

▪ Sehr starke digitale Affinität und Freude am Umgang mit modernen Medien

▪ Großes Interesse an digitalen, zukunftsorientierten und innovativen Themen

▪ Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten – persönlich sowie medial
