About the role

We are looking for a Associate Product Delivery Manager to help turn product priorities into clear, well-organized work for our engineering and design teams.

Working closely with our Product Lead, you will help define new features, prepare upcoming work, coordinate requirements, and keep track of sprint progress. You will bring structure and clarity to the product-development process while growing your product-management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

This is a good opportunity for someone early in their product career who is organized, curious, and comfortable collaborating across different disciplines.

Tasks

Draft feature scopes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from the Product Lead.

Help maintain and organize the product backlog.

Prepare features and tasks for refinement and sprint planning.

Coordinate requirements and open questions between product, engineering, and design.

Track sprint status, delivery progress, dependencies, and blockers.

Keep the team and relevant stakeholders informed about progress and changes.

Support planning, refinement, reviews, and other product-delivery meetings.

Document product requirements, decisions, and changes.

Gather the information needed for prioritization discussions.

Contribute recommendations while the Product Lead retains final prioritization responsibility.

Help improve the team’s product-development and delivery processes.

Take on greater product ownership as your skills and experience develop.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, software delivery, design, QA, or a related area. Relevant internships and working-student experience may count.

Some experience working with software engineering, design, or other multidisciplinary teams.

The ability to turn discussions and ideas into clear written requirements and action items.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication.

Confidence following up on open questions, dependencies, and commitments.

Curiosity about users, technology, and how digital products are built.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn.

Basic familiarity with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence.

Helpful, but not required

Experience writing user stories or acceptance criteria.

Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog refinement, or software-release processes.

Enough technical curiosity to learn about APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.

Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or another quickly changing environment.

You do not need to meet every item on this list. We care about your potential, judgment, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What success looks like within your first six months:

Upcoming features and tasks are documented clearly and prepared on time.

Sprint progress, dependencies, and blockers are visible to the team.

Product decisions and requirement changes are consistently documented.

Engineering and design know where to find the information they need.

Open questions are identified and brought to the right people early.

The Product Lead has reliable support across planning, prioritization, and delivery.

You begin handling smaller features with increasing independence.
