Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. We are seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a genuine interest in construction litigation. Prior construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description
Manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
Draft, review, and argue motions in state courts.
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys and clients.
Perform legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs.
Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and insurance professionals.
Manage discovery, case deadlines, and court filings.
Mentor junior team members as your experience grows.
Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining efficient case management.
Qualifications
Active Colorado Bar license required.
2+ years of litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Experience drafting motions and managing litigation files.
Deposition experience preferred.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Construction litigation experience strongly preferred but not required.
Genuine interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice.
