Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals when making product decisions.

Engage directly with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to validate product direction.

Product Discovery & Planning

Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.

Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.

Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog.

Define product KPIs and measurable business outcomes.

Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

Build trusted relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.

Present product strategy, roadmap, and product performance to senior leadership.

Serve as the primary product representative for internal and external stakeholders.

Product Delivery

Own product delivery from discovery to release.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design throughout the product lifecycle.

Ensure features deliver customer and business value.

Support Agile delivery and continuous product improvement.

Cross-functional Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, QA specialists, designers, and analysts.

Coordinate work with external vendors, technology providers, and third-party integrations when required.

Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.

Ensure transparency through Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, or similar tools.

Product Performance & Growth

Monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.

Measure feature adoption, product KPIs, and business impact to continuously optimize the product.

Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.

Define product improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback.

Support product scaling after MVP launch.

Continuously optimize user experience and internal operational workflows.

Risk & Quality Management

Identify product risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Coordinate release readiness and ensure high-quality product launches.

Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Work closely with compliance, regulatory, and technical stakeholders when required.

Support continuous improvement of product quality and delivery processes.

Requirements & Skills:
