SYDIERA Healthcare Staffing is growing our remote healthcare recruiter network and is looking for motivated individuals who want to build experience in healthcare recruiting and talent acquisition.
This opportunity may be a great fit for experienced recruiters as well as individuals who are new to healthcare recruiting and are willing to learn.
What You’ll Do
Healthcare Recruiters may be responsible for:
Sourcing and identifying qualified healthcare professionals
Reviewing applications and resumes
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Conducting candidate outreach and follow-up
Pre-screening candidates based on position requirements
Maintaining candidate information and recruiting activity in our systems
Helping match qualified healthcare professionals with available opportunities
Building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare candidates
Following up consistently with candidates and prospective opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
Professional and dependable
Comfortable communicating by phone, email, text, and online platforms
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable learning recruiting systems and processes
Persistent and willing to follow up
Interested in healthcare, recruiting, sales, or business development
Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Individuals without healthcare recruiting experience may be considered and will receive information about the training and onboarding process.
