UTTR is on the lookout for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager. You'll be responsible for shaping marketing strategies and cultivating deep, trusted partnerships with our core clients.

At UTTR, we believe in “up & to the right” — sustainable, measurable growth. Your expertise will guide clients toward achieving SMART goals while navigating the multifaceted landscape of B2B digital marketing.

This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who wants meaningful ownership and strategic impact in a flexible, part-time capacity.

We work across the B2B world in a diverse range of industries and niches. You need to quickly understand each audience to recommend relevant, high-impact advertising strategies.

Drive Outcomes (Pipeline Ownership)
All engagements are OKR- or goal-based. Clients expect results. You will own performance targets across select accounts and confidently run paid campaigns that directly impact sales pipeline.

Always Be Testing
Develop, execute, and analyze structured tests to continuously improve performance.

Team Vibes
Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue operations, creative, and copywriting teams to drive client outcomes.

Analyze and Speak to Data
Review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and translate metrics into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Manage External Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — building trust, maintaining transparency, and adapting to their working style.
