Requirements

5+ years professional experience managing software development projects

Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management

Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths

Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes

Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams

Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)

Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams

Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting

Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives

Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies

Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams

Ability to overlap US business hours

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CSM, or PSM certification
