Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday 07:30-15:06

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Oxford (OX5 1HP)

Why this role pays off:

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-
Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What You’ll Be Doing

Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What We’re Looking For

A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
