Salary: R36 000 – R40 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You'll support a senior leader directly, managing their diary, inbox and travel so they can focus on the bigger picture.
Key responsibilities

Manage a busy executive diary and resolve scheduling conflicts

Triage and manage the executive's inbox

Coordinate travel bookings and detailed itineraries

Prepare board packs, agendas and minutes for key meetings

Handle confidential information with discretion

What you'll need

Experience supporting senior leaders or executives

Experience with diary and inbox management at a senior level

Strong minute-taking and written communication skills

Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work

Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information

Nice to have

Experience supporting a board or C-suite executive

Familiarity with UK travel booking platforms

Prior remote executive assistant experience
