Currently we are looking for the candidate for Payroll Advisor role for Swiss market .

Which tasks can you expect?

Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounting (including special features, such as accounting for mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, short-term employees) for Swiss customers

Maintenance of master and transaction data

Time recording and certification

Creation of statistics and evaluations

Contact person for the assigned customer as well as for various offices, health insurance companies or social insurance carriers

Implementation of the year-end process and answering the resulting questions

What do you have to offer?

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll

Proficiency in Abacus system

Good written and spoken English skills ( German / French as a plus)

Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system

Knowledge of income tax and social security law

Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools (Excel in particular)

Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working

Strong service and customer orientation
