InfoWho we areWe are the tech powerhouse behind Kaufland’s international online marketplaces and a company within the Schwarz Group. Driven by a start-up mentality and working on an equal footing within flat hierarchies, we develop the best marketplace solutions for our customers, sellers and partners. #FromEuropeForEurope

AufgabenYour tasks – this is what awaits you in detailYou lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C products on the Kaufland Global Marketplace, aligning company goals with customer needs
You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to deliver high-quality digital products
You design and ship LLM-powered product features that elevate the shopping experience and shape how people shop, from the first concept and prompt design through evaluation, quality monitoring, and continuous iteration in production
You drive a rigorous experimentation culture: you form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and turn results into product decisions that drive customer engagement and conversion
You define tracking concepts together with analytics teams and use funnel and behavioral data to continually optimize the product so customers can discover, evaluate, and buy the right products with ease
You work hand-in-hand with UX designers and researchers to craft intuitive customer journeys, validate them through user research and usability testing, and iterate fast
You identify customer needs and pain points at scale through behavioral data, user research, and market trends, and prioritize the opportunities that create the most value
You stay on top of AI and e-commerce trends and proactively identify how emerging technologies can create value for our customers

ProfilYour profile – this is what we expect from youYou have a true builder mindset and a passion for turning ideas into reality
You've successfully taken a product from scratch, owning everything from early ideation and concept development to execution and delivery
You have hands-on experience building LLM-based features into consumer products, not just using AI tools for your own productivity
You bring solid B2C product experience, ideally in e-commerce or another consumer product at scale
You are data savvy and outcome-focused: you design and evaluate A/B tests, define tracking concepts, and answer the right questions based on data
You always think customer first: you have a strong feel for UX, understand end-users' pain points, and derive actionable insights from research and data
You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders
You thrive in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment, bring fluent English skills (C1 level), and excel in an international, remote setup
