Für ein international aufgestelltes SAP-Beratungsunternehmen suche ich aktuell einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w/d) für SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Transformationsprojekte.

📍 Deutschlandweit / Remote

💰 Bis ca. 115.000 € – je nach Erfahrung

🏠 Remote mit ca. 30–50 % Reiseanteil

⏰ Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 30 Std./Woche

Aufgaben

• Leitung nationaler und internationaler SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekte

• Verantwortung von der Projektinitiierung bis zum Go-Live

• Steuerung internationaler Projektteams, Stakeholder und Partner

• Projekt-Governance, Budget-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement

• Austausch mit HR, IT und Management auf Augenhöhe

• Begleitung komplexer Integrationsszenarien rund um SuccessFactors, SAP HCM und Payroll

Qualifikation

✔ Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors Projekte

✔ Sehr gutes Verständnis von HCM-Prozessen und SAP-Landschaften

✔ Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement

✔ Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch

✔ Bereitschaft zu ca. 30–50 % Reisetätigkeit
