About the role

YOUR TASKSCRA, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, the EU AI Act – our clients face a wide range of regulatory requirements. For most companies, however, the path from regulatory requirements on paper to effective implementation in practice is far from clear.
For our Munich-based Cyber Team, we are looking for you if you want to support our clients on this journey:
You support our clients in implementing regulatory and cybersecurity-related requirements – from NIS2 and DORA to eIDAS and the EU AI Act – and translate them into processes that are actually embedded in day-to-day operations
You develop analyses, concepts, and target operating models in the context of complex and emerging cybersecurity topics (e.g. digital identity management, AI security, or AI observability) and drive their implementation through to completion
Depending on your professional experience, you lead projects as a project manager or take responsibility for individual work packages and workstreams
You assess existing structures, identify risks and gaps, and derive concrete measures and implementation plans from your findings
You collaborate with different teams on the client side (IT, Business, Compliance) to develop sustainable and effective solutions
You present complex topics in a way that is convincing both in expert-level discussions and at board-level meetings
You take on responsibility for your own work packages early on and, as your experience grows, progress into sub-project and project leadership roles
Beyond client projects, you contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and the development of our Cybersecurity Practice by staying up to date with current developments in cybersecurity and regulation and bringing new ideas into client projects and internal initiatives

YOUR PROFILYou have a strong understanding of IT and are interested in developing your knowledge in new and complex topics; in-depth technical expertise is not a prerequisite
You have completed a degree with good to very good results in business administration, (business) informatics, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
You have at least two years of professional experience in a relevant environment, ideally in consulting or a strategic role
You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and enjoy making complex topics easy to understand and suitable for management audiences
You communicate confidently and effectively with different target audiences and enjoy presenting complex topics in a concise, professional, and audience-appropriate manner across different formats
You demonstrate initiative, energy, a willingness to learn, and a strong team spirit, and you are happy to take on responsibility
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)

YOUR BENEFITSSupportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture. Our event team organizes regular after-work events to encourage exchange and connection beyond the workplace.
Early Ownership & Responsibility: From day one, you will take on exciting tasks with real responsibility – whether on your project or by contributing to internal initiatives. You help shape the way we work.
Clear Career Development Paths: You will find an environment that supports, challenges, and advances your professional growth. We offer clearly defined career paths and a transparent competency framework for every level.
Creative Work Environment: We give you the freedom and time to develop creative solutions and provide the best, most modern hardware to support you (Apple or Windows).
Employee Benefits: Flexible working models, a BahnCard, JobRad, Spendit card, Wellpass, and a company pension scheme contribute to your well-being. In addition, you’ll enjoy the best coffee from our new espresso machine and a fully stocked soft drinks fridge in the office.
Attractive Vacation Policy: You benefit from 30 days of paid vacation per year and the flexibility to work from home.
