The Role
We are looking for a Creative Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting great campaigns, videos, and visual stories. You’ll oversee the smooth and timely execution of event and activation ideas, the production of bold and high-impact creative work, and community growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Project & Workflow Management

Manage creative project intake, ensuring requests are clearly briefed, prioritized, and aligned with business needs

Oversee the entire creative workflow — from kickoff to delivery — keeping all moving parts on track

Maintain visibility of timelines, resources, and dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met

2. Resource & Asset Coordination

Allocate and manage resources across multiple creative projects

Ensure designers, videographers, and content creators have all required briefs, references, and materials before starting

Maintain organized creative asset libraries and ensure proper version control

3. Cross-Team Communication

Serve as the central liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams

Communicate project updates, timelines, and priorities clearly and consistently

Ensure alignment and transparency across all creative initiatives

4. Process Improvement & Quality Control

Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize speed and quality

Uphold creative quality by ensuring all projects go through proper review and approval processes

Support post-project reviews to evaluate success and gather learnings for future initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years in project management, traffic management, or creative operations (agency or in-house).

Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving creative projects end-to-end.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and familiarity with creative tools/workflows.

Bonus: Experience managing video production or digital campaigns.

Location
This role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.
Language
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
