About the role

GoHighLevel Admin / Operations Specialist
Remote | Philippines-Based | Full-Time | Paid in USD$6.00 – $9.00 USD/hour (approx. ₱64,000 – ₱96,000/month full-time; varies with exchange rate) Includes one week of paid advanced training and certification
A client's automation breaks at 2am and no leads are getting routed. Can you find the failure point, fix it, and make sure it never happens again? Do you think in triggers, conditions, and edge cases — not just clicks? If you're the person other people come to when the system stops working, keep reading.
We're hiring a GoHighLevel Admin / Operations Specialist on behalf of a U.S.-based marketing agency serving home service and remodeling brands. You'll be the person who builds, maintains, and troubleshoots the GoHighLevel infrastructure that our clients' businesses run on — pipelines, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
This is an operations role, not a marketing role. Your job is to make the machine run correctly, every day, for every client. When it works, nobody notices. That's the goal.

Your First Week: Paid Certification Training
Every specialist we place starts with one full week (Monday–Friday) of advanced, paid GoHighLevel training, ending in a certification exam.
You'll be trained on our standards for workflow architecture, snapshot deployment, integrations, and troubleshooting — then tested on them. Passing the certification is required to move into the full-time role. We invest in this because we hold our specialists to a higher standard than a typical GHL admin, and we'd rather train you properly than hand you a login and hope for the best.
If you already hold a GoHighLevel certification or have deep platform experience, tell us — it factors into where you land in the pay range.

What You'll Do
Build & Automate

Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automations across multiple client sub-accounts

Set up and manage pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, custom values, and tags

Build and deploy snapshots, funnels, forms, surveys, and calendars

Configure integrations and connections (webhooks, Zapier/Make, third-party tools, tracking and conversion events)

Operate & Troubleshoot

Monitor automations daily and catch failures before the client does

Diagnose broken workflows, missed triggers, routing errors, and data issues — then document the fix

Manage A2P 10DLC registration, domain and email setup, phone number provisioning, and deliverability basics

Maintain data hygiene: duplicates, tagging standards, contact records, and reporting accuracy

Systems & Documentation

Write and maintain SOPs so every build is repeatable, not dependent on memory

Standardize account structure so any team member can pick up an account and understand it

Build dashboards and reporting views that give the team and clients clear visibility

Onboard new client accounts from a blank sub-account to fully operational

Collaboration

Work alongside media buyers, copywriters, and video editors — you're the operational backbone that connects their work to the client's CRM

Translate what the team needs into a system that delivers it

Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM/automation platform such as HubSpot, Keap, or ActiveCampaign, with proven GHL ability)

Genuine workflow-level thinking: you can map a multi-step automation with branching conditions, wait steps, and failure paths — and explain why you built it that way

Strong troubleshooting instincts and the patience to trace a problem to its actual root cause

Comfort managing multiple client sub-accounts without dropping details

Working knowledge of integrations: webhooks, APIs, Zapier or Make

Clear written English — much of this role is documentation and async communication

Organized, methodical, and proactive — you notice what's broken before you're told

Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet

Availability to work Monday–Friday with at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours (9am–5pm PT). The mandatory training week is scheduled during U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have

Existing GoHighLevel certification

Agency-side experience managing GHL for multiple clients

Experience with home services, construction, remodeling, or local lead generation

Basic HTML/CSS or custom code snippets in funnels

Experience with A2P 10DLC, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), or deliverability troubleshooting

Experience writing SOPs or training other admins

When you apply, include the word BLUEPRINT in the "Anything else you'd like us to know?" field. This is how we know you read the full post.

What's Included

$6.00 – $9.00 USD/hour, paid in USD (approx. ₱64,000 – ₱96,000/month full-time) — placement in the range depends on experience, prior certification, and demonstrated skill

One week of paid advanced GoHighLevel training and certification, provided by us

After 90 days: performance bonuses tied to account health and client retention kick in

After 90 days: HMO coverage on your terms — choose the HMO plan that fits you (and your family), and we cover it through a monthly healthcare benefit. You pick the provider; we pay for it.

Fully remote, full-time position

Clear growth path into a Senior Operations Specialist role as the team scales

Work with a fast-moving U.S.-based team in the home service industry

How to Apply
Complete the application below. You'll be asked to walk us through one advanced workflow or automation you built: what problem it solved, how you structured the triggers and conditions, what edge cases you accounted for, and what broke along the way.
Be specific — this is the single most important part of your application, and vague answers will not advance.
We read every qualified application personally. No fees are charged at any stage of hiring, ever.
