About the role

Lavendo partners with startups and high‑growth companies to help them hire top‑tier sales, GTM, and technical talent. This role is with one of our clients; we’ll share full details about the company and interview process as we get to know you and confirm mutual fit.
About the Company
Our client is a Series A startup based in San Francisco's Mission District, with about 20 people on the team. They're going after legacy automation giants that have dominated the RPA space for years with an AI platform that learns how a person does a task and then does it for them. With $19.75M raised, they're seeing 40% month-over-month growth and building a repeatable sales motion at a critical inflection point
The idea is simple: teaching software to do a job shouldn't be harder than showing a coworker how to do it. Their AI agents watch a person complete a workflow, then repeat it inside real enterprise systems, whether that's a browser app, Windows, or Citrix. Big insurers, healthcare companies, and fintechs are already using it to cut costs and speed up work that used to run on old-school RPA tools.
The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing sales team and help fuel the pipeline at a genuine inflection point. You'll be a sharp, tenacious outbound seller who thrives on cold calls and books qualified meetings with enterprise buyers.
What You'll Do

Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls and cold emails to generate qualified meetings for the AE team

Hit and exceed a monthly quota of ~10 qualified leads (bookings), a target the current BDR team is consistently achieving

Qualify prospects against the company's criteria and hand off vetted meetings to Account Executives

Learning and articulating the AI automation platform to enterprise buyers across insurance, healthcare, and fintech

Collaborating closely with a tight-knit sales team to refine messaging, share learnings, and build a repeatable sales motion

What You Bring

1 to 2 years in an outbound BDR/SDR seat, with cold calling as your main channel: you're clear and sharp on the phone.

Actual clear numbers from past roles: calls per day, meetings booked, strong quota attainment, and track record

You're comfortable with coming into the Mission District office 3 days a week, or you're open to relocating

Bonus points if you've sold B2B software before, worked at a Series A-C startup, or speak any second language

Key Success Drivers

You're genuinely curious about the product, not just chasing the number

You can take a rejection on a call and move to the next one without it ruining your day

You’re motivated to be an AE, and you're not shy about saying so

You give straight and clear answers instead of over-explaining

Why Join?

Base salary of $80K to $100K, OTE of $100K to $150K

Real equity in a company that just raised a Series A with top-tier backers

Join at a real inflection point. The company is growing 40% month over month, and early hires here shape how the sales org scales.

Established and proven sales motion you'd be stepping into, as the current team is consistently hitting a quota of 10 qualified meetings/month.

Real ownership from day one. No layers between you and your numbers, and you can move to AE quickly when you're closing.
