NeysCustoms ist ein wachsendes E-Commerce-Label für handbemalte Sneaker mit Fokus auf Individualität und Community.
Wir haben über 30.000 Follower auf Instagram & TikTok und gewinnen den Großteil unserer Kunden organisch über Social Media.
Wir sind ein kleines, frauengeführtes Team und arbeiten täglich daran, unsere Marke weiter aufzubauen – kreativ, datengetrieben und mit viel Eigeninitiative.
Aufgaben

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unseres E-Mail-/Newsletter-Marketings (CRM)

Erstellung von Newsletter-Kampagnen (Launches, Sales, Storytelling)

Entwicklung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung

Unterstützung bei Meta Ads (Creative-Ideen & Ansätze)

Entwicklung von Content- und Reel-Ideen

Analyse und Optimierung von Kampagnen (z. B. Öffnungs- und Klickraten)

Qualifikation

Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums (z. B. BWL, Marketing, Medien o. Ä.)

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, Social Media oder E-Commerce sind von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit Canva oder ähnlichen Tools zur Erstellung von Creatives

Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Newsletter-Tools (z. B. Klaviyo) oder Meta Ads

Verständnis für Social Media Trends und Content-Formate

Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Hohes Maß an Motivation und Eigeninitiative
