Overview
Dynime is seeking experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development Managers to lead our business growth across key international markets. This strategic role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing regional partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within an assigned territory.
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will represent Dynime in your market, develop localized go-to-market strategies, and work closely with our global sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to expand our presence across startups, SMEs, enterprises, and public sector organizations. You will own Dynime's commercial growth strategy within your assigned region, acting as Dynime's regional representative to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with businesses, technology partners, government organizations, startup ecosystems, and industry associations.
This position is ideal for business professionals with deep knowledge of their regional market, strong commercial acumen, and experience selling technology, software, AI, consulting, or digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Growth Strategy

Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with Dynime's global objectives.

Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.

Build annual growth plans and sales forecasts.

Monitor regional economic and competitive landscapes.

Drive market expansion initiatives.

Business Development

Generate qualified B2B opportunities across the assigned region.

Build relationships with enterprise clients, startups, SMEs, and government organizations.

Conduct discovery meetings and executive presentations.

Negotiate commercial agreements.

Close high-value opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships

Develop partnerships with technology companies, agencies, accelerators, incubators, universities, and business associations.

Expand Dynime's referral and partner ecosystem.

Represent Dynime at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

Build long-term strategic alliances.

Key Account Management

Develop relationships with executive decision-makers.

Support enterprise onboarding.

Identify expansion opportunities.

Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Customer Success for long-term retention.

Regional Market Intelligence

Analyze customer behavior and industry trends.

Identify competitors and market gaps.

Recommend localized marketing strategies.

Share regional insights with leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.

Coordinate regional campaigns.

Support product launches.

Improve regional customer experience.

Requirements
Experience
5–10+ Years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, International Sales, or Regional Market Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

5–10+ years of experience in regional business development or enterprise sales.

Proven experience managing regional markets.

Strong commercial negotiation skills.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Experience selling technology or professional services.

Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within one or more of the following industries: Software Development, SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, Business Consulting, FinTech, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Technology.

Experience working with: Fortune 500 companies, Startups, SMEs, Government organizations, Universities, International organizations.
