Vorbereitung der Bauvorhaben und Erstellung von Bauablaufplänen

Koordination und Verhandlung mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern

Kontrolle, Abnahme und Abrechnung der Nachunternehmerleistungen

Führung und Einsatzplanung des Bauleitungsteams

Technische Abnahme der Leistungen vor Ort

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen / Architektur

Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise auf Großbaustellen im Bereich Rohbau

Team- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
