About the role

Für ein längerfristiges Projektumfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen freiberuflichen SAP HCM Consultant mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in SAP Payroll Deutschland (PY-DE).

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der fachlichen und technischen Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen SAP-HCM-Landschaft. Entscheidend ist dabei echte Hands-on-Erfahrung im deutschen Payroll-Customizing.

Aufgaben

Beratung und Customizing im Bereich SAP HCM Payroll / PY-DE

Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Payroll-Schemen, PCRs und Lohnarten

Unterstützung bei deutschen gesetzlichen Änderungen, Folgeaktivitäten und Payroll-relevanten Support Packages

Betreuung angrenzender Themen in SAP HCM PT, PA und OM

Analyse und Behebung komplexer Payroll- und Time-Management-Themen

Unterstützung bei Schnittstellen zu SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors und externen Payroll-/BPO-Providern

Erstellung funktionaler Spezifikationen und Begleitung von Tests und Implementierungen

Qualifikation

Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant

Sehr gute Hands-on-Kenntnisse in SAP HCM PY-DE

Erfahrung mit Payroll-Schemen und PCRs

Gute Kenntnisse deutscher Payroll-Prozesse sowie Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsthemen

Erfahrung mit SAP HCM Time Management / PT

Kenntnisse in PA und OM

Erfahrung mit gesetzlichen Änderungen, Jahreswechseln und/oder SAP HR Support Packages

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
