About the role:
The Senior Operations Manager will lead the design and optimization of scalable operational processes across the organization. This role combines process management, cross-functional leadership, and the use of automation and AI to improve efficiency, strengthen operational controls, and support the successful implementation of new business services.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you would be responsible for:
Designing, documenting, and continuously improving scalable operational processes, workflows, and controls.
Leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
Analyzing operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting the implementation of new business services and operational frameworks through automation and AI.
Serving as a subject matter expert for operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Training and mentoring team members while promoting operational excellence and best practices.
We would like you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
4-6+ years of experience in operations, process management, project management, or another relevant field.
Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational documentation.
Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.
Experience using automation and AI to improve processes, preferably in a regulated or process-driven environment.
Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
