Als Videograf / Video Producer (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte und Produktionen und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Brand.

Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Videoproduktionen für die Top Brands in DACH

Directing von Talent und Komparsen für authentischen, nativen Content

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern

Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets

Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+

Qualifikation

Nachweisbare Erfahrung on set – idealerweise im Creator-, Agentur- oder Produktionsumfeld

Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer

Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen

Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
