Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality

Basic sound design and mixing skills

Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)

llustrator and Figma for static assets

Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives

Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize your own and your team's workflow

Responsibilities:
Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat

Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations

Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences

Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos

Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence, with multiple creatives per week

Use AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense
