About the role

🏨 The Company
Resilience Care, a leading player in remote medical monitoring and a partner in clinical research, is a French company founded in 2021 with a single mission: to provide better care.
Our company offers telemonitoring solutions in oncology, psychiatry, and gastroenterology, based on the collection of ePROs combined with AI technologies. These solutions rely on a monitoring platform for healthcare professionals—enabling the early detection of side effects for continuous and proactive care—and a mobile app for patients, empowering them to measure and manage their symptoms using tailored resources.
Our solutions optimize patient care, continuously enrich our understanding of patients throughout their healthcare journey, and accelerate clinical research through the collection, structuring, and in-depth analysis of real-world data. Today, our solutions are deployed in routine care for 42,000 patients across more than 200 healthcare facilities, as well as within the framework of around twenty academic and industrial clinical trials.
Through this, we put data at the service of healthcare and therapeutic innovation, driven by the ambition to enable every patient to benefit from personalized medicine.
In Germany, Resilience Care started building the market for telemonitoring in 2025. We work with university hospitals, hospital groups and medical practices, run clinical studies at German sites, and are actively involved in shaping the framework for telemonitoring reimbursement.

📝 Your Role

In a few words
As our first Senior Sales Manager in Germany, you own new-business sales for our telemonitoring solutions: you build the pipeline, lead complex sales cycles with medical practices, hospitals and hospital groups, and close the contracts that bring telemonitoring into routine care. You work directly with the General Manager Germany and help build the German sales organisation from the ground up, with a path to Head of Sales Germany as we scale.

Your impact
The German market for telemonitoring is taking shape now. The providers you win will become our reference sites, and the sales playbook you build will be the foundation the team grows on.

Your day-to-day
Identify target practices, hospitals and hospital groups, build your own pipeline, and turn leads into qualified opportunities together with the General Manager, the Key Account Managers and Marketing.

Lead the full sales cycle with chief physicians, nursing leadership, management, IT/data protection and procurement — from the first meeting to a signed contract, including group-level agreements and public tenders.

Run product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms, working closely with the General Manager on key deals.

Plan and carry out the handover of newly signed sites with the Deployment and Key Account teams.

Build your clinical knowledge and network, and represent Resilience at medical congresses and professional events.

Keep pipeline and forecast up to date in the CRM, and feed market insights back into our offer, pricing and product.

🏁 What success looks like after 12 months
You have signed 4 new provider contracts and brought them into active use.

You have built a qualified pipeline for the following year.

The German sales playbook is documented and ready for the next hires.

✨ Your Team
Your manager: Dr. Daniel Fallscheer, General Manager Germany.

Your colleagues in Germany: Dijana (Head of Psychiatry Germany), Maren (Key Account Manager Oncology), Irini (Key Account Manager Psychiatry) and Matteo (Business Operations & Market Development).

The team’s little extra: deep experience in building and rolling out complex healthcare solutions in Germany.

You also collaborate with our colleagues in France who deployed our solutions there at scale.

👤 Candidate Profile
⚙️ You’re the right person if you know how to
Run complex B2B sales cycles with several decision-makers, from first contact to signed contract.

Collaborative in aligning your actions with the General Manager, Marketing and account teams.

📃 What you bring
7+ years of experience in closing complex B2B deals with several decision-makers and long sales cycles, with a proven record of measurable results against targets.

Willing to travel across Germany around 2 days per week.

Fluent in German at a native level and in English at a business level; French is a plus.

Nice to have
Sales experience in healthcare, ideally in medtech, digital health, or hospital software.
