About the role

Location: Ukraine ·

Hours: 11:00-20:00 Kyiv time, to overlap with New York

Our team is located in Ukraine and the US, with key hubs in Lviv and Kyiv. We meet in person as often as we can, and given the circumstances we offer a hybrid or remote schedule.

About Simulmedia

Simulmedia has led data-driven TV advertising since 2008, with linear TV at its core. TV+ plans, buys and measures campaigns across linear and streaming TV with guaranteed audience delivery. VAMOS, our agentic transaction platform, is where software agents place linear TV orders directly with networks, with a person approving on each side.

About the role

AI has changed who can build. Our product team builds, not only specifies, and this role makes that true for how we operate. It is a new role: rather than coordinating work by hand, you automate the coordination itself. You report to the Senior Vice President of Product.

You start inside the product organization by turning planning, status reporting, release communication and delivery health into agents and workflows that run on their own. Then you take the same approach to other functions, internal and external: across the company, and in the AI-first tools we build for clients and the teams that serve them.

What you will do

Automate product operations. Find the manual, repetitive work in how we plan, track and ship, and replace it with agents and workflows that the teams trust and use.

Build with your own hands. Prototype in Claude Code and our connectors (Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Shortcut, Google Workspace and our internal data tools). Hand work to engineering only when it needs to become a production service.

Run the operating cadence with the product teams. Work with product managers and engineering leads so that operational work is shared and automation closes the gaps, without adding a coordination layer.

Bring it to clients. Take what works internally into AI-first tools for clients and the teams that serve them, with the product team that owns each area.

Teach others to build. Help people in Product, Sales, Finance and Operations automate their own work, and turn what works into reusable skills.

What you bring

4+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on product operations, at a B2B technology company.

A track record of AI agents or automations you built and shipped, with real users and measurable results. Show us something you built, not only something you managed.

Hands-on fluency with large language model tools such as Claude Code, connector-based integrations, or workflow tools like n8n, plus comfort with SQL and APIs.

Process design instincts: you can map a messy workflow, decide what to automate, what to simplify and what to stop doing.

Advanced English, written and spoken: you write clearly and concisely, and present and discuss with confidence in live calls with senior stakeholders in the US and Ukraine.

Nice to have

Experience with advertising technology, TV or media.

Experience designing evaluations or test sets for AI systems.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Shortcut, Notion or PostHog.

How we hire

Our process includes a walkthrough of something you built, and a short practical exercise automating a real workflow of ours.

You will decide what a product organization looks like when coordination is automated, and then build it. If you have already automated your own job once, we want to talk.
