About the role

(This is for a RevPilots' client)
Our client is transforming commerce with end-to-end AI that unifies discovery, conversations, and checkout into a single intelligent system that delivers autonomous, intent-driven shopping experiences.
ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our client's enterprise sales team and drive aggressive growth across the region. This is a remote position ideally based in the middle to East Coast of the United States, with 50% travel to customers and conferences.
As the RVP of Sales for the Americas, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team of 10+ Enterprise Account Executives. You will be accountable for driving a $50M+ net new book of business through your team while providing strategic leadership, coaching, and hands-on support to move critical deals across the finish line. This role requires both exceptional sales leadership and the ability to engage directly with customers at the C-suite level when needed to close strategic opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a "hunter" mentality who has successfully built and scaled enterprise sales teams. You must demonstrate operational excellence, sales rigor, and the ability to coach your team while also rolling up your sleeves to influence key deals. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role requires a "build mindset" - you'll be leading the charge on selling an innovative, transformative solution rather than a traditional SaaS product. Strong business acumen is essential, including a deep understanding of commerce fundamentals such as conversion rates, omnichannel strategies, customer journey optimization, and retail operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE POSITION

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Americas region

Implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and sales rigor

Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management across the region

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to exceed quota and advance their careers

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive growth

Establish and track key performance metrics and hold the team accountable to results

Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet with customers, support team members in the field, and attend conferences

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

10-15 years of enterprise sales experience (15+ preferred, but open to 10+ for exceptional candidates) with a proven track record of exceeding quotas

Proven ability to engage at the C-suite level (CMO, CTO, CEO, etc.) and influence strategic deals

Ability to step into complex sales cycles and help move deals across the finish line

Deep understanding of commerce metrics including conversion rates, omnichannel strategy, customer acquisition costs, and retail operations

Experience selling SaaS or AI technology solutions to large enterprise customers

Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent

Entrepreneurial "build mindset" with ability to lead teams selling innovative, transformative solutions

Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with 50% travel to customer sites, team locations, and industry conferences

Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus

Compensation:

Base Salary: $190,000-$200,000
