About the role

We're looking for a Creative Designer to own visual design output across paid media, brand, and content for a boutique growth marketing agency serving ambitious AI and SaaS companies. You will design ad creative, landing page assets, social content, and brand collateral that is built to perform — balancing strong visual craft with a clear understanding of what makes creative work in a paid and organic context.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be in the tools every day, producing finished assets across multiple client accounts and formats simultaneously. Strong design instincts and the ability to work within and across multiple brand systems without losing quality or consistency are the baseline. If you are a versatile designer who takes pride in the craft, moves fast, and understands that great creative serves a business outcome, this role is a strong fit.
Why You'll Want to Join

You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy

Observance of Holidays per company guidelines

100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive

Brand and Content Design

Design on-brand assets for client social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints

Maintain visual consistency within each client's brand system while adapting style and tone across accounts

Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentation materials as needed for client and internal use

Collaborate with strategists and account managers to translate briefs into finished design deliverables

Asset Management and Production

Manage design files and assets in an organized, accessible way with clear version control and naming conventions

Ensure all deliverables are correctly sized, exported, and production-ready before submission

Keep work current across the project tracker with accurate status and delivery dates

What You Bring

Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats including paid ad creative, social content, and brand assets

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Ability to work within and across multiple brand systems simultaneously without drifting from any of them

Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback without friction

Clear communicator who flags issues early and keeps project status current

Nice to Have

Experience designing paid social creative with an understanding of what performs across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
