About Adlib

Adlib is the document-to-decision engine for regulated industries. Our AI agents turn the documents and emails work arrives as into accurate, auditable decisions, with every value traced to its source. In September 2026 Adlib acquired Paperbox, the mail-to-decision engine for insurance, trusted by more than 100 European insurers. Together we serve a global customer base across insurance and other regulated industries, backed by Diversis Capital.
The role
We are hiring a VP, Global Marketing to lead marketing across North America and Europe. You will own marketing-sourced pipeline for insurance and marketing’s retention and expansion targets for our installed base, lead the brand through the next phase of the company’s evolution, and build the North American demand engine on a proven European playbook. You are quantitative and data driven: every program has a number, every dollar has a return. You will run an AI-powered marketing function, using the latest AI tools across content, campaigns, outbound and operations, and bring creative energy to a category where most vendors sound the same. You will lead a senior team spanning marketing operations, field marketing in North America and Europe, and GTM engineering, and partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success.
What you will do

Pipeline: own marketing-sourced pipeline, coverage and conversion targets for insurance, globally

Installed base: own marketing’s retention and expansion targets for customers outside insurance; customer, partner and lifecycle marketing that supports renewal and growth

North America: build the demand engine, field and event led, replicating the European playbook that won our first 100 insurers

Data driven: run marketing on the numbers; test, measure and reallocate spend to what converts

AI-powered marketing: run the function on the latest AI tools, including Claude and Regie.ai, across content, campaigns, outbound, account intelligence and reporting; more output per person, measured

Creative: bring distinctive ideas to campaigns, events and content; make Adlib and Paperbox the brands buyers remember

Brand: lead the global brand transition to an insurance-led, agentic company for regulated industries; land one brand architecture across Adlib and Paperbox and one web presence that serves every customer segment

Positioning: steward company and solution messaging; ensure consistent execution across regions, channels and sales enablement

Team and budget: lead and develop the global team; own the marketing budget and its return

Measurement: run one funnel from first touch to close; report pipeline, coverage, cost per opportunity, win rate and installed base results to the executive team and board monthly

What success looks like: first 90 days

Know the product: Adlib and Paperbox, what we sell, to whom, and why we win

Know the customers: time with insurance and installed base accounts, Sales and Customer Success

Know the funnel: what is working and what is not, by region, channel and program, with the data to prove it

Know the team: one global operating cadence across ops, field and GTM engineering

Deliver a diagnostic and a 12-month marketing plan to the executive team, with targets by quarter for insurance and the installed base

North American programs live on the proven European playbook

First creative ideas tested in market: one campaign, one event, one piece of content

AI operating model in place: tools, workflows and standards across the team

Funnel reporting in place: pipeline, coverage, cost per opportunity, win rate

Brand roadmap agreed with the executive team

Quantitative and data driven: owned a pipeline number; fluent in funnel math, attribution, unit economics, marketing automation and Salesforce

Hands-on with AI tools across marketing, such as Claude and Regie.ai; has rebuilt workflows around them, not just trialed them

A portfolio of creative work that stood out in B2B and produced pipeline

Field and event led demand generation, hands-on

Marketed to an installed base across more than one industry

Led marketing across North America and Europe
