About the role

About Venn

Venn is the leader in workspace security for remote and contractor workforces. Built on Venn's patented technology, Blue Border™ protects company data, applications, and AI workflows on any computer, without VDI and without fully managing the endpoint. Installing Blue Border creates a company-controlled secure enclave directly on the user's Mac or PC. All business activity, including data, applications, networking, and AI workflows, runs locally and stays isolated from personal use, while everything outside the enclave remains private.

Blue Border gives IT a simpler, device-agnostic way to secure remote work, enable contractor and BYOD workforces, govern AI usage, and replace VDI. More than 700 security and compliance-driven organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, Whatnot, and the IMF, trust Venn to meet HIPAA, FINRA, SEC, NAIC, SOC 2, PCI, and GDPR standards.

The Opportunity

As the Revenue Operations Engineer at Venn, you'll make our go-to-market systems work as one. Our revenue stack spans HubSpot, Vitally, Nooks, Swan AI, Gong, and Zuora. You will own how those tools connect, how data flows between them, and how the business gets trustworthy reporting out of them. You'll sit in Finance and work daily with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, so that lead generation, pipeline, and customer data tie cleanly together from first touch through renewal. This is a hands-on, builder-minded role: you'll design integrations and automations, fix the data problems behind the numbers, and give leadership a single, reliable view of revenue.

What You'll Do

Own the integrations and data flows between our GTM systems, including HubSpot (CRM), Vitally (customer success), Nooks (AI phone dialer), Swan AI, Gong, and Zuora so that data moves accurately and automatically between them

Build and maintain automations and workflows that reduce manual work for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Serve as the technical owner of HubSpot, including objects, properties, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene

Design and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline generation, conversion, sales activity, forecasting, and customer health, working with Finance on revenue reporting

Define and document metrics and data definitions so Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance all work from the same numbers

Partner with Marketing on lead flow, attribution, and campaign reporting from first touch through closed-won

Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline visibility, forecast inputs, and rep productivity reporting

Partner with Customer Success on connecting customer health, usage, and renewal data to the CRM

Audit data quality across systems, find and fix sync errors, duplicates, and gaps, and put safeguards in place to prevent them

Evaluate new GTM tools and AI-driven workflows, and manage vendor setup, permissions, and integrations

Document systems, processes, and integrations so the revenue stack is easy to maintain and scale

Support Finance with revenue, bookings, and pipeline data for board reporting, planning, and audits

What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar technical GTM role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, custom properties and objects, reporting, and integrations

You know the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You can connect AI tools to business systems with MCP connectors (for example, HubSpot, Zuora, and Google Drive)

Experience connecting systems and building integrations through native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, or similar)

Strong reporting and analytics skills, with experience building dashboards and translating messy data into clear answers for leadership

Familiarity with the types of tools in our stack, such as customer success platforms, sales dialers and engagement tools, and conversation intelligence platforms (Vitally, Nooks, and Gong experience is a plus)

Comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical teammates

A detail-oriented, systems-thinking approach, with a habit of documenting what you build

Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders

Comfort in a startup or scale-up environment, with a bias toward action and a willingness to build process as you go

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or Python, or scripting for data transformation and API work

Experience with BI or data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Google Sheets or BigQuery modeling)

Experience supporting finance reporting, such as bookings, ARR, and revenue recognition inputs

Experience with AI-driven GTM tools and automation

HubSpot certifications
