ABOUT THE COMPANY

Savvital is a forward-thinking organization that provides diversified services to small and medium-sized businesses in the international market to enable them to build their future while benefiting from our customized solutions. Our team of educated experts are motivated individuals excited to handle tasks that can bring capacity to your workday. Our mission is to provide an affordable solution to growing companies through strategic task delegation. We envision creating an ecosystem that resonates with the human touch every business needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

On behalf of our fast-growing technology partner, Savvital is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Bilingual B2B Appointment Setter. Our client provides an innovative, AI-driven platform revolutionizing how students, schools, and higher education institutions navigate the college admissions process.

In this role, you will lead outbound B2B sales prospecting across bilingual international markets, pitching directly to high-level higher education leaders, including VPs of Admissions and University Deans. We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional who takes complete ownership of their pipeline, communicates with exceptional executive polish in both English and [Spanish/Target Language], and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound B2B outreach in both English and [Spanish/Target Language] to higher education leaders, including Deans, Directors, and VPs of Admissions.

Pitching & Qualification: Pitch the platform's value proposition fluently across both languages to qualify prospects and secure high-value B2B sales appointments.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline through targeted calling, tailored bilingual email campaigns, and executive networking.

Solution Articulation: Articulate complex AI-driven solutions clearly, professionally, and persuasively to university decision-makers in their preferred native language.

KPI Ownership: Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on booked meetings and converted sales opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Outreach & Prospecting: Execute cold calls to high-profile B2B contacts (Directors, VPs of Admissions, and Deans) at targeted international universities to book high-value sales appointments.

Bilingual Pipeline Management: Follow up persistently via phone and email in English and [Spanish/Target Language] to maximize conversions, build a strong B2B pipeline, and hit weekly performance benchmarks.

CRM Operations: Utilize industry-standard B2B sales software for phone/email sequences and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot.

GTM Strategy: Strategize and refine our Go-To-Market (GTM) approach for diverse regional markets directly with business reps and the CEO during bi-weekly strategic meetings.

Value Pitching: Deliver compelling, culturally resonant AI-driven B2B solutions clearly and professionally to academic decision-makers.

WHO YOU ARE

Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native professional fluency (verbal and written) in both English and [Spanish/Target Language], with an executive-level vocabulary suited for senior decision-makers.

Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven B2B sales, business development, or outbound appointment setting experience (EdTech or selling B2B solutions directly to universities is a huge plus).

Cold Calling Skills: Strong B2B lead generation capabilities with a resilient mindset—able to handle rejection gracefully and take "no" for an answer while staying motivated.

Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven with a high degree of personal accountability and a desire to learn.

Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule, managing priorities, and navigating complex organizational hierarchies across different regions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Language Skills: Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and [Spanish/Target Language] suited for executive-level B2B conversations.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or outbound appointment setting.

Mindset: Highly driven, proactive, and energetic, with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership.

Sales Acumen: Comfortably handle objections, build immediate rapport with senior leaders, and navigate complex organizational decision hierarchies in B2B transactions.
