As an HR and technical support specialist volunteer at Makerble, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Your role will involve supporting both the HR team and technical support team, utilizing your skills in effective communication, English proficiency (spoken and written), Google Workspace, and data analytics.
Selected volunteer's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Providing HR support by assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance management.
- Handling technical support queries from internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Managing and maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR and technical support processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment, embodying Makerble's values and culture.
- Conducting software testing and reporting issues.
- Responding to client queries and provide updates on requests.
- Utilizing spreadsheets and other non-HR-related software tools for various tasks (e.g., tracking company metrics, and data analysis).
