Für unsere Projekte im Bereich Business Analyse suchen wir zahlenaffine Junior Consultants (m/w/d) bei uns im Office, direkt beim Kunden vor Ort oder hybrid vom Standort Deiner Wahl. Dabei begleitest Du ein Projekt bei einem unserer namhaften Kunden und übernimmst unter anderem diese Aufgaben:

Ist-Aufnahme beim Kunden bezüglich der Prozesse und bestehender Strukturen mittels Datenanalyse, Interviews und Workshops
Datenbasierte Ist-Analyse sowie Auswertung der Interview- und Workshopergebnisse
Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Optimierung im betreffenden Unternehmensbereich
Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Optimierung der Unternehmensstrukturen und Prozess
Entwicklung einer Strategie oder Vision für das Kundenunternehmen
Anfertigung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management oder andere Entscheidungsträger

Dein
Profil

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder mindestens 5. Fachsemester eines wirtschaftsnahen Studiengangs
Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrungen durch relevante Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, idealerweise auch in VBA
Grundverständnis für SAP wünschenswert
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
Offenheit für KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen sowie Motivation, mit KI-integrierten Prozessen zu arbeiten und diese weiterzuentwickeln
