Dein künftiger Arbeitgeber ist ein Berliner Generalunternehmer mit rund 600 Mio. € Auftragsvorlauf. Die Teamleitung ist neu geschaffen und berichtet direkt an die Leitung Angebotsbearbeitung.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
Kalkulationsteam fachlich und disziplinarisch führen
Ressourcen steuern, Angebote priorisieren
Qualität der SF-Kalkulationen sichern
Technische und wirtschaftliche Risiken bewerten
Kalkulatoren einarbeiten und entwickeln
Prozesse weiterentwickeln, z. B. mit 5D-Methoden
Das bringst Du mit:
Studium Bauingenieurwesen/WiIng Bau oder Bautechniker
Mehrjährige SF-Kalkulation, ideal beim GU oder GÜ
Fachliche oder disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO
Deutsch mindestens C1
