Unser Kunde ist einer der großen technischen Dienstleister in Deutschland. In Hamburg-Nord betreut ein Projektteam von 35 bis 45 Leuten die Haustechnik großer Gebäude.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
Zwei bis vier Serviceteamleiter in HKLS führen
Dein Projektteam strategisch weiterentwickeln
Budget, Angebote und Wirtschaftlichkeit verantworten
Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Betreiber
Einsatzplanung, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
Abläufe in Wartung und Instandhaltung verbessern
Das bringst Du mit:
Ausbildung, z. B. Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder Kältemechatroniker
Zusätzlich Studium Versorgungs- oder Gebäudetechnik/TGA
Erste Erfahrung in Service oder Instandhaltung HKLS
Lust, Verantwortung für Menschen zu übernehmen
Deutsch mindestens C1
Führung lernen, nicht erst in zehn Jahren?
