Ihre Aufgaben
Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-, Linux- und Datenbankservern

Betrieb und Verwaltung von Container-Umgebungen, insbesondere mit Docker

Verwaltung einer privaten Cloud-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Proxmox

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung

Durchführung von Patchmanagement, System-Hardening und Performance-Optimierungen

Optimierung von Monitoring, Backup- und Notfallkonzepten

Incident Response im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten

Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemlandschaft

Mitwirkung an Architekturentscheidungen und der Weiterentwicklung einer Zero-Trust-Architektur

Sicherstellung relevanter Compliance-Anforderungen

Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Operations

Erfahrung mit komplexen und sicherheitsrelevanten IT-Architekturen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Servern

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Container Technologien, insbesondere mit Docker

Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie in der Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten

Kenntnisse relevanter Compliance-Anforderungen und in der Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen

Analytisches, konzeptionelles und strategisches Denkvermögen

Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit

Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
