About the role

At Knuspr, Finance is not a back-office function. It’s a core driver of how we make decisions, run smarter operations, and scale sustainably.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a critical co-pilot to our Operations (Fulfilment Centres) and Commercial leadership. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role where you will be embedded directly in the day-to-day business—turning financial data and operational metrics into actionable decisions that directly influence our profitability and growth.
Why this role is exciting
Direct business impact: Your insights, business cases, and analysis will directly shape operational efficiency, commercial initiatives, and unit economics.

True business partnering: You won't just report numbers after month-end; you’ll work side-by-side with Operations and Commercial Directors to challenge how things are done and drive change.

Speed and autonomy: We move fast and avoid rigid corporate red tape—good ideas and viable solutions get tested and implemented quickly without layers of approval.

Cross-functional visibility: You will act as the key bridge connecting finance, logistics, commercial strategy, and leadership across the business.

Dynamic scale: You will solve real operational and systemic challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment.

What you will own and deliver
Partner with leadership: Serve as the trusted finance partner for Operations and Commercial Directors, challenging existing setups and advising on strategic and operational decisions.

Drive performance analysis: Deliver ad-hoc deep dives, scenario modelling, and business cases to evaluate new projects, operational investments, and commercial opportunities.

Identify efficiencies: Spot operational bottlenecks, cost drivers, and financial risks across our fulfilment network and commercial operations, proposing concrete solutions to fix them.

Financial planning & reviews: Collaborate closely on budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly financial performance reviews, and audit support.

Process & system improvements: Actively participate in developing internal financial tools, automating reporting, and establishing scalable internal controls that support rapid growth.

What we are looking for
Proven finance background: Solid experience as a Senior Controller, Financial Analyst, or Finance Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced, operational, or retail/e-commerce environment.

Commercial mindset: Strong grasp of business economics and core accounting principles, with the ability to translate complex financial data into practical operational insights.

Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and constructively challenge non-finance stakeholders and directors.

Hands-on analytical skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, PivotTables, data manipulation) and comfortable working directly with large datasets.

Ownership and initiative: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to dive deep into details and take accountability for outcomes.

Languages: Working proficiency in English (communicative level for business reporting and collaboration).

What we offer
Unlimited Vacation: Unlimited vacation days for a balanced work-life balance

Tax-Free Benefits: Monthly vouchers of €45 tax-free (via become.1)

Remote Allowance: €20 monthly allowance towards internet costs

Exclusive Shopping Perk: Knuspr Xtra account with 10% cashback in the form of Knuspr Credits

Corporate Discounts: Great discounts via CorporateBenefits (fitness, travel, tickets, shopping, and much more)

Culture & community – A collaborative, informal team that pulls together, alongside legendary company events and an open-feedback environment.
