Currently, we have a few open positions from our client, an AI-native cloud company. AI teams use its platform to run inference on open-source models, fine-tune them and rent large GPU clusters. The fleet is set to grow about 10×; the team won't. That's where you come in.

Requirements for Senior Back-end Developers with Golang
5+ years of commercial experience with Golang
2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes
1+ year of experience in AI-assisted coding
Experience with distributed systems

2+ years of commercial experience with Linux
2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes

You own problems end-to-end: you spot the issue, design and build the solution, and ship it to production
You can show the business impact of your work with concrete results (e.g., faster processing, lower costs, more users, fewer incidents)

You work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision
