About the role

Description
Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Noma is working with the world's most ambitious organizations to usher in the AI future. We are building a security platform designed to help organizations adopt AI and agents at scale. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.
We're looking for an Account Development Representative, ideally based in the UK, to drive pipeline generation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll prospect into senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth enterprises, partnering closely with Regional Sales Directors, channel partners, and marketing to turn regional priorities into qualified opportunities.
🛠️ What You'll Do

Partner with Regional Sales Directors to prioritize EMEA markets, target accounts, and key personas.

Generate qualified pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach to senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth enterprise accounts.

Run discovery and qualification to understand each prospect's AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency.

Tailor outreach to each market's language, business practices, and buyers, using account intelligence and AI adoption signals to build messaging around AI visibility, runtime protection, and governance.

Coordinate with channel leadership, regional partners, and marketing on joint prospecting, account mapping, campaigns, and event follow-up.

Hand off qualified opportunities to RSDs with clear discovery notes, stakeholder context, and agreed next steps, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.

Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings, opportunities created, and pipeline generated.

Help onboard future EMEA ADRs and build repeatable regional playbooks as the team grows.

✅ What You Bring

1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or ADR experience in B2B SaaS.

Professional fluency in English is required, and the ability to prospect and run discovery in German, French, or Spanish is a major advantage.

Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders, ideally across multiple EMEA markets.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline, opportunity, or qualified-meeting targets.

Proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Common Room, Clay, or Apollo.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption, with a background in cybersecurity or cloud security sales as a strong plus.

Bonus: experience opening European markets with channel partners, or experience onboarding and mentoring teammates.

A proactive, data-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

Home office setup reimbursement

A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture

A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London

Equity options that let you share in Noma’s growth and success
