About us:

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities
About Our Client
Our client is a full-service Amazon growth agency that helps brands expand their e-commerce presence through strategic brand management, listing optimization, SEO, advertising, and operational support. They work closely with clients to improve product visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable growth on Amazon.
Their portfolio includes brands across the grocery, gourmet, and broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) categories.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Amazon Brand Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 8–10 client accounts. This person will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, taking ownership of their Amazon presence and ensuring that account strategies are executed effectively.
The ideal candidate combines strong Amazon Seller Central expertise with excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, presenting account updates and recommendations to clients in English, and collaborating with PPC and account specialists to improve overall performance.
This role focuses primarily on brand management, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and client relationships rather than hands-on PPC campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management: Own the day-to-day management of approximately 8–10 client accounts, depending on account complexity. Serve as the primary point of contact, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities and deliverables.

Client Communication & Presentations: Lead biweekly client meetings, present account updates and performance insights, communicate recommendations clearly in English, and proactively address client questions and concerns.

Amazon Listing Optimization: Manage and improve product listings, including titles, bullet points, product descriptions, backend search terms, and other content elements that support visibility and conversion.

Amazon SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, and develop SEO-focused listing copy aligned with customer search behavior and brand positioning.

Brand Strategy & Growth: Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend improvements to product visibility, conversion rates, and overall brand presence on Amazon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PPC specialists and account specialists to coordinate strategies, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure alignment across account activities.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review sales trends, listing performance, advertising metrics, and other relevant account data to identify potential issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Account Health & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed products, catalog inconsistencies, and other Amazon Seller Central challenges. Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through until resolution.

Project & Task Management: Track deliverables, deadlines, and account priorities using project management tools. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently across multiple clients.

Marketplace Support: Primarily manage Amazon accounts, with occasional support for Walmart Marketplace as the client portfolio requires.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Amazon account management, brand management, or e-commerce, with hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central.

Experience managing multiple Amazon brands or client accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency environment.

Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, product detail pages, keyword research, SEO, and conversion-focused copywriting.

Experience developing or optimizing product listings and making data-informed recommendations to improve organic visibility and sales performance.

Understanding of Amazon PPC, campaign structure, bidding, and advertising performance metrics to effectively collaborate with advertising specialists and troubleshoot account issues.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and present recommendations confidently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions.

Analytical skills and the ability to interpret account performance data and translate findings into actionable next steps.

Experience working with CPG brands, particularly grocery, gourmet, food, or other consumer product categories, is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Walmart Marketplace.

Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Atom11, and Monday.com.

Experience using AI tools such as Claude to support research, analysis, and content development.

Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Stores, promotions, and catalog troubleshooting.
