About the role

Description
About the role
Finch is a performance marketing agency. We run digital advertising and SEO for e-commerce and B2B brands. We’re looking for an agency-side Account Manager to be the main strategic contact for a portfolio of our clients, the companies that hire Finch to run their marketing. You’ll lead each relationship and its strategy, and work with our channel specialists (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP, SEO, Creative, Analytics) to deliver on each client’s business goals.
What you’ll do

Own the strategy for each client account: goals, KPIs and quarterly roadmaps.

Run recurring client meetings, manage stakeholders and document next steps.

Read performance against business metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV, organic growth) and coordinate actions with Finch’s specialists.

Find and scope growth opportunities: new channels, tests and budget expansions.

Flag retention risks early and build mitigation plans across your portfolio.

Why Finch

Work globally, stay flexible: Join a fully distributed team across the US, LATAM, Europe, and APAC.

Meaningful impact from day one: Your work directly influences client outcomes and how Finch grows.

A culture built on curiosity, transparency, and ownership: We share context and empower people to make decisions.

High-caliber teammates: Collaborate with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, Analytics, and more.

Learning as a default: We encourage experimentation, cross-training, and growth as the company scales.

Real work-life balance: We value high performance, not overwork.

Requirements
You’ll be a great match if you have

5+ years as an Account Manager or Account Director at a marketing agency (performance or digital).

Experience owning several B2B client accounts at the same time: managing the client relationship, growing the account, and running the project management behind it.

Experience as the Account Manager on advertising-driven accounts (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP), coordinating the specialists who run each channel, with a solid grasp of attribution, KPIs and optimization logic.

Fluent written and spoken English, and comfort leading strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders.

A base in Latin America or Africa (or anywhere up to UTC+2), with availability to work roughly 9am–5pm US Central/Mountain time.

This role is not the right next step if most of your experience is in

Customer service or support, or customer success for consumers (B2C) or for a software product, even if the title was “Account Manager” or “Customer Success Manager”.

Working at an ad platform or affiliate network, managing advertisers on its behalf.

Managing a brand’s own e-commerce store or marketplace channels.

In-house marketing for a single company, without an agency client portfolio.

Sales or business development, without ongoing account management after the sale.

Account management at a branding, PR or creative agency, without performance accounts.

Nice to have

Experience with SEO-driven accounts.

Experience with US or international clients.
