About the role

Company Overview

LevelUp is a specialist agency providing outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We have a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients.

Position Overview

Join LevelUp and collaborate with a UK-based B2B growth agency and HubSpot Diamond Partner dedicated to scaling private-equity-backed tech companies. In this role, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy for a portfolio of mid-market B2B clients. Your responsibilities will include designing integrated demand generation plans, facilitating client workshops, and directing creative, content, and specialist teams to execute your vision. You will establish the strategy and manage the corresponding programs from launch to optimization, leveraging specialists and AI for much of the creative and development work. This is not a single-platform specialist role; you will oversee the entire program rather than a single ad account. We are seeking a strategic thinker who connects every task to tangible business results, confidently challenges clients when data suggests alternative approaches, and effectively balances analytical insights with strong creative judgment. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position.
