About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Creator Partnerships & Outreach Specialist to manage and scale our free-rug-for-content partnership program.
In this role, you will identify business owners and organizations that already create engaging social media content and establish partnerships with them by offering free custom rugs in exchange for content and advertising usage rights.
You will own the entire process, from identifying potential partners and conducting outbound outreach to securing agreements, coordinating product fulfillment, collecting content, and preparing assets for paid advertising campaigns.
This is a hands-on, outreach-focused position for someone who is comfortable communicating with creators and business owners, closing partnerships, and managing multiple collaborations independently.
What You'll Do
1. Creator Sourcing & Outbound Outreach

Identify and research business owners and organizations on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that consistently produce high-quality social media content.

Target businesses such as barbershops, gyms, salons, restaurants, churches, schools, sports teams, and other relevant organizations.

Build and maintain an organized pipeline of potential partners.

Conduct daily personalized outbound outreach through Instagram DMs, Meta Creator Marketplace, and email.

Use existing outreach templates and SOPs while maintaining consistent follow-up and meeting weekly outreach targets.

2. Partnership Acquisition & Negotiation

Present the free-rug-for-content partnership offer and communicate its value clearly.

Build relationships with potential partners and secure their participation.

Confirm content deliverables, expectations, deadlines, and advertising usage rights in writing.

Collect necessary business logos, branding assets, and shipping information.

3. Order & Fulfillment Coordination

Submit partnership orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing.

Track rug production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines.

Keep partners informed about order status and delivery updates.

Ensure all necessary information is collected and organized throughout the process.

4. Content Collection & Management

Send content briefs outlining creative expectations and deliverables.

Establish deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure content is submitted on time.

Review submitted footage to ensure it meets campaign requirements.

Coordinate feedback and request reshoots or revisions when necessary.

5. Advertising & Content Handoff

Organize, label, and tag raw creator footage so the media buying team can easily access and use it.

Ensure the required advertising permissions and whitelisting arrangements are in place.

Coordinate smooth handoffs of approved content for Meta partnership ads and paid advertising campaigns.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date partnership pipeline tracker.

Monitor outreach activity, response rates, partnerships secured, orders, shipping status, and content delivery.

Provide weekly performance reports and highlight successful outreach scripts, creators, and content.

Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and partnership performance.

Proven outbound outreach experience, particularly through Instagram DMs and social media platforms.

Hands-on familiarity with Meta Creator Marketplace and Meta Business Suite. Experience with Meta Creator Marketplace is a particularly important requirement.

Requirements

Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC coordination, business development, or partnership acquisition.

Ability to pitch offers, secure partnerships, and confirm collaboration terms, content deliverables, and advertising usage rights.

Understanding of UGC content, paid social advertising, Meta partnership ads, whitelisting, and content usage permissions.

Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to personalize outreach messages and maintain professional relationships.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, orders, shipping updates, and content deadlines simultaneously.

Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and proactively solving problems without constant supervision.

Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or project management tools to manage outreach pipelines and track deliverables.

Must be based in Latin America and available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during US business hours).
